Dialogue with social partners
[G4-15]In 2016, we engaged in an active public dialogue with social partners from the immediate surroundings of the Company's plants. We met with them to identify our stakeholders' needs and work out ways to fulfil them. In the case of such major projects as, for example, EFRA, the meetings gave an opportunity to provide key information on the project development and indirect local environmental impact.
